Get ready to:
- Handle motor insurance claims in a timely manner and in compliance with applicable regulations
- Take responsibility for obtaining, collecting, and verifying accurate information from all parties involved in the incident, as well as from relevant institutions
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers by phone and email
- Cooperate with loss adjusters and other external partners
- Negotiate and conclude settlements, as well as review appeals and complaints
To fit here you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in handling motor insurance claims
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Independence, punctuality, attention to detail, and excellent work organization
- Communicative level of English
