To fit here, you’ll need:
-
at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and development
-
a strong recruitment background and experience in employer branding
-
good understanding of workforce planning, succession, and performance management
-
proven experience in designing or coordinating employee development programs
-
a proactive, self-starter approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
-
collaborative mindset and ease in working cross-functionally
-
proficiency with HR tools and systems (experience with SageHR or Talent LMS is a plus)
-
excellent communication skills in Latvian and English
