About you:
- preferably You have experience in sales, insurance, finance, or services sector
- You know how to build and maintain strong client relationships
- You think strategically but act fast — and you’re known for creative, solution-oriented thinking
- You’re confident, persuasive, and able to explain complex ideas simply
- You’re curious, collaborative, and always one step ahead
- You enjoy working with autonomy, take responsibility, and adapt easily in a dynamic team environment

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Educational background in Communications, Business Administration, or Finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus a talent for building strong partnerships
- Experience in selling insurance products is considered as advantage
- Strong command of Latvian and Russian, English
