Get ready to:

• Develop motor insurance products (OC, AC, and others) as well as tools and methods for risk assessment,

• Analyze of the market environment, legal framework, competition, and industry changes,

• Modify existing products and introducing new ones,

• Analyze of the technical account for motor insurance,

• Implement and develop motor insurance products across sales channels,

• Cooperate with UFG, PBUK, and other external entities,

• Risk assessment, prepare insurance offers based on received inquiries, and conclude insurance contracts in line with underwriting strategy and guidelines,

• Provide product expertise and actively collaborate with the sales network (including training sessions).

To fit here you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and/or motor insurance sales/underwriting,

• Knowledge of the insurance market and practical understanding of motor insurance concepts,

• Practical knowledge of UFG services,

• Understanding of the technical account for motor insurance,

• University degree – preferred fields: insurance, law, economics, finance,

• Strong teamwork skills,

• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel),

• Analytical and creative thinking skills,

• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
