- Administrate HR data and documentation, related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Develop and maintain HR tools and software, policies, processes and procedures
- Work in close cooperation with People & Culture team on different strategic priorities.

To fit in here you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of HR-related experience; experience in fast paced industry is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong recruitment background with experience building high-performing teams.
- A self-starter approach, getting things done and managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive team player, collaborative and cross-functional working capacity.
- Proficiency and knowledge of HR tool/software; experience with SageHR, Axapta, and Talent LMS is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in Lithuanian & English.
