YOU WILL

• timely, compliant handling of substantive motor insurance claims,

• responsibility for obtaining accurate data from incident participants and institutions, collecting and verifying it,

• ongoing contact with clients, both by phone and e-mail,

• cooperation with appraisers and other external parties,

• negotiating and concluding settlements and handling appeals and complaints.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• minimum a one year experience in a substantive motor vehicle claims handling position,

• decision-making and problem-solving skills,

• MS Office programs skills (Excel, Word and Outlook),

• communicative skills and ability to work in a team;

• being independent, punctual, systematic and are very good at organizing your work,

• English at a communicative level.
