Get ready to:

Lead and grow a group-wide insurance product portfolio across multiple countries and business lines, including Motor, Property, Liability, and Personal lines.

Own the Product P&L and set ambitious targets for growth, conversion, loss ratio, and combined ratio.

Build deep market and customer insights, identify opportunities, and turn them into actionable strategies.

Lead end-to-end product design: coverages, wordings, underwriting rules, eligibility, and pricing in close partnership with the Actuarial team.

Prepare business cases, and go-to-market plans.

Oversee portfolio performance: monitor frequency/severity/average premiums and claims, trends by segment, channel, and geography; implement corrective actions (pricing, underwriting appetite, discounts, etc.).

Strengthen distribution channels and digital journeys, ensuring seamless customer experiences from quote to issue.

Ensure regulatory compliance and standardize product frameworks and governance across countries.

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-country product teams, fostering a high-performing and motivated culture.

Manage external partners and vendors, including rating engines and data providers.

Coordinate with reinsurance management.

To fit in here you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in insurance.

At least 3 years of people management experience (cross-country or international experience is a plus).
-
Strong understanding of product pricing, segmentation, rating factor governance, and deployment via rating engines.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-
Very good English (written and spoken).
Specifics for some positions:

International experience in Motor products (at least 2 countries, including participation in product setup).

Legal background for Liability products is a plus.

Medical background for Personal lines is a plus.
