Get ready to:
- design and prepare digital and social media advertisements, pdf files, slides, banners, newsletters, etc. according to provided requirements and guidelines.
- develop an organization’s stylistics and design templates
- design the layout and composition of various materials, arrange text, images, and other visual elements in an aesthetically pleasing and functional manner.
- work on fresh ideas for internal and external design materials
- work extensively with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create digital graphics and layouts and other tools like , Figma and Canva.
- handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage your time to meet deadlines.
- Proactively suggest new ways of working more efficiently when you see the opportunity
- Apply design thinking to visual concepts
- Confident in presenting ideas and working independently
- Experiment with new design tech (e.g. AI layout tools, smart mockups)

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ year’s experience in graphic design
- know how to use the most common design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign CS, etc
- have a good understanding of colour theory and image manipulation techniques
- excellent Latvian and English language skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments or design sprints is a plus
- Bonus: experience with print, animation, storyboarding, or 3D design
- Loves typography
