You will:
- provide exceptional customer support and assistance through our communication channels;
- advise clients on insurance contracts, events, and related matters, provide with consultation;
- handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate information;
- prepare and present insurance offers;
- register potentially insured events according to the guidelines;
- communicate promptly with our team to address customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues;
- propose improvements to the insurance claims registration, administration and automation process.

Requirements
- Knowledge of the insurance market and products
- Experience in insurance sales, customer support, or claims handling process
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies, procedures, and technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Estonian & English both spoken & written
- Creativity, commitment, and independence of action
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Capability of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular MS Excel.
