Get ready to:

• handle substantive property claims processes in a timely and compliant manner,
• take responsibility for collecting, verifying, and analyzing accurate information from claim participants and external institutions,
• maintain ongoing contact with Clients via phone and email,
• cooperate with external partners and service providers,
• negotiate settlements, conclude agreements, and handle appeals and complaints.

To fit here you'll need:

• at least 3 years of experience in substantive property claims handling within liability and individual insurance lines,
• strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,
• proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook,
• strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team,
• independence, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks in a timely manner,
• communicative level of English.
