Ilgvars
Girgensons
The captain of the corporate IT sea wears a contagious smile as he guides his team. With the wisdom he shares, he empowers each team member to navigate their own course of exploration and growth, creating a harmonious voyage of success.
Working with Ilgvars is like having Christmas every month — he gives his team everything it needs to evolve and celebrates the team's victories with them. We haven't checked what's in his coffee mug, but it looks like courage, integrity, support, and a dash of madness mixed together.
Fun fact!
He knows how to plan and implement a house's electrical network and security systems.
If Ilgvars was a Balcia product, he'd be…
CITY COMBO. He's a master at navigating everyday twists and turns.
