Get ready to:
- Accurate and timely settlement of commissions with insurance agents and brokers in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures,
- Timely generation and verification of premium and commission reports to ensure the correct commission rates are applied,
- Active collaboration with the accounting and IT departments to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of settlement processes,
- Verification of commission data accuracy before payment approval and resolving any discrepancies,
- Processing adjustments and overpayments of commissions,
- Monitoring commission balances for agents and brokers,
- Communicating with agents and brokers to resolve discrepancies in commission data, analyzing the causes of inconsistencies, and proposing solutions,
- Documenting the process of resolving discrepancies.
To fit here you'll need:
- Higher education (preferred fields: finance, economics, mathematics),
- At least one year of experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Analytical and creative thinking skills,
- Communicative knowledge of English.
