Get ready to:

• Accurate and timely settlement of commissions with insurance agents and brokers in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures,
• Timely generation and verification of premium and commission reports to ensure the correct commission rates are applied,
• Active collaboration with the accounting and IT departments to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of settlement processes,
• Verification of commission data accuracy before payment approval and resolving any discrepancies,
• Processing adjustments and overpayments of commissions,
• Monitoring commission balances for agents and brokers,
• Communicating with agents and brokers to resolve discrepancies in commission data, analyzing the causes of inconsistencies, and proposing solutions,
• Documenting the process of resolving discrepancies.

To fit here you'll need:

• Higher education (preferred fields: finance, economics, mathematics),
• At least one year of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Analytical and creative thinking skills,
• Communicative knowledge of English.
