Get ready to:
- Developing products, tools, and methods for risk acceptance and protection;
- Ongoing analysis of the market environment, competition, and emerging changes;
- Modifying existing products and introducing new ones;
- Establishing, maintaining, and developing sales relationships with intermediaries (broker channel);
- Assessing risks, preparing insurance offers based on received inquiries, and concluding insurance agreements in line with the strategy and underwriting guidelines;
- Providing product expertise and actively collaborating with the sales network (including conducting training sessions).
To fit here you'll need:
- A higher education degree – preferred fields: insurance, law, economics, finance;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management and sales/underwriting of property and liability insurance;
- Teamwork skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel);
- Familiarity with the insurance market and practical knowledge of insurance-related issues;
- Analytical and creative thinking skills;
- Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
