To fit here, you’ll need:
- at least 4 years of HR-related experience; experience in fast paced industry is a plus
- knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, HR policies, and best practices
- strong recruitment background with experience building high-performing teams
- demonstrated ability to actively network and establish working relationships internally and externally
- a self-starter approach, getting things done and managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- proactive team player, collaborative and cross-functional working capacity
- proficiency and knowledge of HR tool/software; experience with SageHR, Axapta, and Talent LMS is a plus
