Get ready to:
- collaborate with insurance brokers, debtors, and oversee insurance policy cancellation administration
- be responsible for timely debtor identification and debt payment control
- prepare reports in close collaboration with the insurance compensation and sales teams
- take part in working groups established by the company related to process optimization, introduction of new products, monitoring systems, or other activities.
- work with the company’s business systems performing the necessary steps to pay policyholders, brokers, creditors and debtors.

To fit in here you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- equivalent experience in a similar position
- detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Proficiency in English and Latvian
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies, procedures, and technologies
