Get ready to:

• provide administrative support for Balcia Insurance sales processes, assisting agents and business partners in line with KNF requirements and insurance distribution regulations,
• register agents in internal and external (regulatory) systems,
• manage sales documentation, including agent agreements, annexes, and other administrative files,

• maintain and update intermediary databases in Balcia’s internal systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy,

• monitor compliance of sales activities with supervisory regulations and Balcia’s internal standards,

• offer ongoing substantive and technical support to agents and sales teams,

• deliver administrative support for the sales department,

• maintain regular communication with partner agencies cooperating with Balcia Insurance,

• ensure smooth information and documentation flow between departments,

• support day-to-day sales and organizational processes.

To fit here you'll need:

• experience in administration, sales, or the insurance/financial industry,

• knowledge of insurance distribution rules and KNF requirements - an advantage,

• the ability to work with documentation and large volumes of data,

• accuracy, strong organizational skills, and independence,

• proficiency in MS Office tools and sales systems (comparison platforms and insurance company systems),

• communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
