To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong sense of accountability and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian, Russian, and good knowledge of English
- Prior experience in customer service or the insurance field would be a valuable asset
