- Handle property claim cases in a timely, compliant, and customer-centric manner
- Accurately and promptly enter all case-related data into internal systems
- Cooperate with appraisers, contractors, and other external parties
- Advise and support clients throughout the claims process — with clarity, empathy, and professionalism

Requirements
- Previous experience in claims handling ideally with property or insurance background
- Familiarity with claims processes, laws, and internal guidelines
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess evidence and reach sound decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in Latvian, fluency in English as advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field would be preferable
