Get ready to:
- handle substantive property claims processes in a timely and compliant manner,
- take responsibility for collecting, verifying, and analyzing accurate information from claim participants and external institutions,
- maintain ongoing contact with Clients via phone and email,
- cooperate with external partners and service providers,
- negotiate settlements, conclude agreements, and handle appeals and complaints.
To fit here you'll need:
- at least 3 years of experience in substantive property claims handling within liability and individual insurance lines,
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,
- proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook,
- strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team,
- independence, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks in a timely manner,
- communicative level of English.
