About you:

Customer service and sales skills come naturally to you.

You’re an excellent communicator (whether on the phone or by email) who builds trust with ease.

You’re proactive, responsible, and always ready to go the extra mile for clients.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Higher education (business, economics, or related field preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer care (insurance experience is a plus).
- Excellent Latvian and conversational English.
- Confidence with MS Office and digital tools.
