You will

• Timely, compliant handle claim cases of motor insurance products
• Enter information in the system accurately and in a timely manner

• Cooperation with appraisers and other external parties 

• Advise our customers regarding inquiries related to claims payout

Requirements

• Previous experience in claims handling or in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of the claims handling process and the related laws and guidelines
• Strong Analytical skills with the ability to investigate and evaluate claims
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Latvian and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field would be preferable
