To fit here, you’ll need:
- a degree (or ongoing studies) in IT or a related field.
- at least 1 year of experience in IT support or user access management
- strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure and system operations
- a detail-oriented and security-first mindset, ensuring precision in access management
- the ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of user access management principles, including working with Active Directory and Group Policies
- a solid grasp of information system security and compliance best practices
- fluent English skills to collaborate in an international tech-driven environment
