Get ready to:

• Assess, analyze, and underwrite personal lines risks (Accident, Travel, and other personal insurance products).
• Determine appropriate pricing, terms, and conditions for standard, large, and non-standard risks.

• Develop, update, and maintain product documentation, tariffs, and underwriting rules.

• Keep product data accurate in our systems.
• Share your knowledge and support others when needed.

About you:

• You’re detail-oriented and take ownership of your decisions.
• You enjoy working with risks, data, and insurance products.
• You’re analytical, proactive, and open to improving existing solutions.
• You can manage multiple tasks and stay focused under pressure.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance underwriting (personal lines experience is an advantage).
• Strong Latvian language skills and conversational English.
• Confidence in making underwriting decisions.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid MS Office skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.
