Get ready to:
- providing substantive support for the settlement of motor claims in simplified cases,
- answering incoming calls and providing customers with precise and adequate information during the claims settlement process,
- managing email inboxes,
- registering insurance claims,
- ensuring timely and accurate verification of preliminary information provided in connection with reported claims,
- being responsible for collecting and properly managing the claims documentation received during the claims handling process.
To fit here you'll need:
- Experience in customer service via phone and email,
- Ability to gather information and think analytically,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook),
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- Knowledge of English (reading comprehension and basic customer service),
- Experience in insurance (preferably in the area of motor claims handling).
- Experience in motor fast track of claims handling is a plus.
