Get ready to:
- Lead the execution of the private property insurance product portfolio at branch level in line with the strategy set by the Group Product Manager.
- Make underwriting decisions within your authority and manage referrals when limits are exceeded.
- Assist the Group Product Manager (Private Property) in product development.
- Support product design, updates, and reviews by contributing underwriting and market expertise.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to help keep the product competitive and relevant.
- Identify and flag legislative or regulatory changes affecting private property products.
- Prepare training materials and deliver product and underwriting training to internal teams and partners.
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth product execution and continuous improvement.
About you:
- You have solid experience in insurance and feel confident making underwriting decisions that balance risk and business goals.
- You enjoy collaborating across teams and acting as a link between product strategy and execution.
- You communicate clearly and can explain complex topics in a practical, down-to-earth way.
- You’re detail-oriented, well-organized, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- You stay calm under pressure and adapt easily in a changing environment.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Solid insurance experience (at least 5 years) with a strong underwriting background (3+ years), ideally within private property.
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
- A sharp analytical mind and strong strategic decision-making skills.
- A good understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in personal lines insurance.
- Excellent Lithuanian and solid English (both written and spoken).
