You will:
- Create, develop and ensure timely maintenance of non-life insurance pricing models
- Provide opinions and recommendations on pricing
- Consult analysts, underwriters and product managers on pricing optimization
- Assist the product manager in creating and developing insurance products
- Participate in development of product information systems, including automatic pricing, formation, testing
- Ensure analysis of the technical result of the products, initiation of pricing and process changes, if necessary
- Ensure monitoring, analysis of factors affecting the insurance market and preparation and presentation of market data reports to interested persons
- Prepare and provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to interested departments
- Participate in preparation of the annual product sales and technical result budget
- Ensure pricing documentation, data-based assessment of non-standard and large insurance risks
- Participate in strategic group-wide projects, when statistical or mathematical justification is required

Requirements
- Higher education in mathematics, statistics, data, econometrics, IT, economics or similar
- Proven data collection, processing and analysis skills
- Data representation and presentation preparation skills
- Strong Lithuanian and English language skills
