YOU WILL

timely, compliant handling of substantive motor insurance claims,
-
responsibility for obtaining accurate data from incident participants and institutions, collecting and verifying it,
-
ongoing contact with clients, both by phone and e-mail,
-
cooperation with appraisers and other external parties,
-
negotiating and concluding settlements and handling appeals and complaints.
WHAT WE EXPECT
-
minimum a one year experience in a substantive motor vehicle claims handling position,
-
decision-making and problem-solving skills,
-
MS Office programs skills (Excel, Word and Outlook),
-
communicative skills and ability to work in a team;
-
being independent, punctual, systematic and are very good at organizing your work,
-
English at a communicative level.
