To thrive here you’ll need:
- At least 3 years in IT analysis or project coordination, ideally in software development or system maintenance. Higher education in IT is a plus.
- You’re fluent in Latvian, confident in English (including technical terms), and great at working with people across teams and roles.
- You think conceptually, plan well, solve problems creatively, document with care, and understand the basics of software architecture and development.
