Get ready to:

• implement sales plans for Balcia's communication and property products,
• ensure the customer's comfort while shopping for Balcia products on the website,
• use various communication channels, e.g. chat, telephone, e-mail,
• negotiate with the customer and build a relationship with them,
• support the customer in their purchasing decisions,
• take part in interesting and challenging sales projects.

To fit in here you'll need:

• experience in sales
• ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships with clients,
• great communications skills,
• commitment, friendliness and a positive attitude,
• at least a high school and have no criminal record,

• knowledge of English (reading comprehension, basic customer service).
