Our Product Manager, Joanna, has been part of the insurance industry for over 25 years – with passion, dedication, and an endless appetite for more. She never wanted to separate life from passion, so she blended them into the perfect mix. At Balcia, she develops insurance products and implements solutions tailored to the needs of modern customers. She’s known for treating every new task not as a problem, but as a challenge – and jumping straight into action. She proactively looks for improvements before anything “stops working.” Joanna infects her colleagues with positive energy, motivates them, and gets everyone engaged, making working with her not only productive but also full of an atmosphere that’s hard to replicate.
She loves working on inspiring projects with amazing people – it’s these exciting relationships and co-creation of value that fuel her professional drive.

Outside of work, she’s devoted to her new passion – dancing. And when she’s not practicing her steps, she’s in the kitchen experimenting with her own recipes, bursting with flavor and color.
